- mint leaves - 1/2 cup
- corriander leaves - 1/2 cup
- grated coconut - 1/4 cup
- green chilli - 1
- tamarind - medium piece
- shallot - 2 nos
- garlic pod - 1 or 2 pods(optional)
- salt - to taste
- water - 2 tbsp
- put all the ingredients in a mixer and blend well
- serve with hot idli or dosa and enjoy...:)
- you can add more green chillies as per your spice tolerence.we prefer it less spicy.
- you can add lemon juice before serving.
