GHEE CAKE

HELLOOO  one and all.......WISH YOU ALL A VERY HAPPY KERALAPIRAVI :)))))))...Let's celeberate this Kerala Piravi with  a delicious Ghee cake. It's raining cats and dogs here and what better way to enjoy the rain holidays other than this wonderful cake.

This aromatic melting yummy cake was made for my mom who came here for a visit...On a casual conversation she mentioned about the Azad bakery ghee cake which my sister used to buy and send to my mom. Then i remembered trying ghee cake looooong back...I wanted to make that again and surprise my mom...
